ABOUT THE TOWN OF RIBA ROJA
Located in northern Spain, the sleepy rural town of Riba Roja
is the picturesque base of Hacienda Angling. Positioned on a
hillside overlooking the Ebro valley, Riba Roja offers all that is
required for the perfect fishing break.

During the day, the river Ebro plays host to anglers from
around the globe in search of the mighty Wells catfish,
and during the evening Riba Roja is the perfect retreat
to rest, relax and recover!

The town has a small selection of bars and restaurants,
such as Jordy, Bar Pota and Mercury, all selling local cuisine
and beverages at reasonable local rates.

There are also small convenience shops and a bakers
where you can buy all you daily necessities, and a bar
offering e-mail and internet access.

A recently built public swimming pool provides entertainment
for families and the beautiful Spanish weather is ideal for
sunbathing, with temperatures reaching over 40 degrees
in the summer months.

With the mainline rail station offering a direct link to the
Spanish city of Barcelona, and the Mediterranean coast and
beach resorts just 45 minutes drive, Riba Roja offers all
